We were late to arrive before reception closes and the receptionist arranged us self-checkin.

One of the rooms we stayed in didn't had an air conditioner.

Very nice staff, helpfull. Acomodation was ok, we didn’t expect much, so it was a pleasure suprise. Breakfast for it’s price is really good.

The location is not really tourist friendly, we arrive in the evening (6pm) and basically everything was closed.

I liked the way the hotel is managed if you arrive after opening hours + All the services this hotel offers, Also copywriting and Office services, Also they have a coffee machine where your Can choose even the cappuccino. The common areas are Nice looking, in the breakfast area is Also a tv with news. The bed is very comfortable.

This hotel is 3* and mainly for tourists, the common areas are very nice, but a bit of renovations of the rooms will make it nicer - mainly the pictures, if they change them, it will make the rooms a lot nicer.

Price was high for the room you get. I bit old room and mine was small too.

Great location and very nice receptionist. You can put your bikes in the garage to have them safe. The hotel is located next to the train station but the noise was OK for us. A fridge in the room was a nice surprise! Also, the room was equipped very nicely.

Buffet breakfast with ham and cheese; tea in teapot; many coffee variants. Helpful personnel, but knowing some Italian helps. Excellent location across street from train station.

Erratic Wi-Fi; shortage of towel racks; just one socket for standard round EU plug; no eggs for breakfast; lift available BUT three steps up to reception desk. Some train noise if you sleep with open window instead of air conditioning.

The only good thing we can say about the hotel was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Also, considering that breakfast buffets in Italian hotels are often quite meagre, this hotel offered a fairly decent selection of food and beverages for breakfast.

There is really nothing to recommend this hotel. It's very noisy, since it faces a noisy street and has old, poorly insulated windows. The walls between the rooms are such that - whether you like it or not - you are privy to whatever conversation is going on in the room next to you. During our stay, a highway crew was staying at the hotel. The noise they made until late at night and early in the morning could be heard throughout the hotel. Also, the photos do not do the hotel justice, i.e. they look a lot better than the actual rooms. The bathroom for instance was not only dated but downright disgusting with a shower stall encrusted with dirt and rust. We stayed at other hotels during our trip that were pretty much in the same price range, but of infinitely better quality.

Friendly reception and good communication. Our rooms were simple, but very spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay
