Breakfast was generally good. Only quibble was the lack of any espresso coffee option, only instant and plunger types. Cookies in the room. Very clean and well kept premises.
Bed was barely a double. Part of the room had poor lighting. Strange knocking noises, pipes?

The property was quiet and our room had views of the river. The staff were lovely. Breakfast was included which is always a bonus. Easy check-in/checkout process. Covered parking on-site. Close proximity to dining establishments. Close proximity to the beach.

The room was quite spacious and had a nice view over the river. The location was close to the river walking paths. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The cooked breakfast was wonderful also.

The bed was too small for a 6 foot person with feet hanging off the bed.
Hidden charges for breakfast. After booking for 3 people we were called at night to pay 20 dollars extra for kids breakfast. Its just such a silly cost when we have booked and paid for a 3 person stay. It soured the stay.
