This hotel turned out to be a wonderful little treasure. We stayed in room 315 with a nice view on the beach/ sunrise. The staff is really great, rooms are very clean. We liked the beds very much. We liked the pool and being able to go to the beach. The first week we stayed in Vasilikos and went often to beaches. The week that we stayed in this hotel, we did more trips around the island.

The only thing that I can think of is that there is only 1 pool table. You can get tokens (1,50 euro) at the reception to play pool. I would have liked other games as well, e.g. air hockey or table tennis. I understood there had been an accident with table tennis and that is why they had it removed. I was told that they are identifying what type of games to make available.

The hotel was very pretty and looked the same as it did in the photos. It has beautiful landscape with a pool and beach at the back. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is at a good location, walkable distance to markets and restaurants.

There’s not much I can say about dislikes, maybe being on level 1 outside the balcony we can see other visitors directly, which limited our privacy.

Location was fantastic. We had an ocean front room and it was absolutely beautiful. The pool was clean and the breakfast was way above average for a Continental breakfast. Having two kids we needed to make sure there were plenty of things to do. The water directly in front of the hotel is a bit merky and rocky but just on either side of the bridge it was nice, clear and warm to play in. Having a small kitchenette was helpful so we could purchase drinks and snacks across the street instead of paying the higher prices at the resort.

The location was great if you just want to stay at the pool or ocean and eat the same foods every night. Otherwise you need to take a taxi everywhere. Just to do some minor excursions and a turtle boat ride we spent over 500 euro in costs. Also the beach chairs don't belong to the hotel so they are 8 euro each for the day. You can claim a chair at the pool early and people are really good about not moving your things. Our bathroom door stuck which didn't bother us but apparently was loud downstairs. We were told there were noise complaints about the door but there really wasn't anything we could do about it. Also a couple things to note: Pool towels are not included and you cannot get extra towels so bring a towel or you can buy one on the main street for 8-11euro They no longer have laundry facilities, we travel light and typically wash cloths along the way so it's important we find places with laundry. This was a huge disappointment but we did find a laundry mat a few blocks down They no longer offer table tennis but do offer billiards it was a bit of a let down for the kids. The bridge is really cool to take photos Infront of or on. That being said there aren't fantastic footholds, I ended up falling and getting quite hurt. There was a pharmacy just up the road but my cuts were deep and keeping sand out was nearly impossible. We needed to leave two days early as a result and the hotel refused to refund us the two nights. I spoke to booking and they said if the hotel agrees they would do it. The hotel refused so we ended up eating about 300euro but that was a personal issue and wouldn't impact someone else experiencem

The property is located next to the beach and close to the main strip, the pool area is very nice with plenty of sun loungers. The food from the snack bar is great and George does excellent cocktails. All of the staff are vey friendly and helpful. The rooms are lovely with great sea views.

Great location, very clean and spacious rooms, but foremost super friendly and helpful staff! Genuine kindness. So nice to have a swimming pool and the beach in front of the hotel and there are many great restaurants on walking distance. We had a very relaxed holiday. A lot of beautiful destinations for sightseeing trips are close by with a rental car.

Living room is a bit small but we really liked to have a second bedroom in our appartment.

This hotel has breathtaking views especially at sunset and was always clean and the staff were friendly. We couldn’t fault anything at all. It is in the perfect location for exploring the rest of the island and close to shops, restaurants and right on a lovely beach. There are even plenty of fish to see around the rocks if you love snorkelling. We will definitely stay here again, you can’t beat the value for money, it certainly didn’t feel like a ‘cheap’ hotel.

Very well situated on a small beach, lovely swimming pool and sun beds , and to the front of the property is lots of restaurants, pubs, shops. You won’t be disappointed. Staff very helpful and the house cleaner comes every day with clean towels and bedding

Our stay at Xenon was absolutely perfect. The room was big with a handy kitchenette, cleaned every day. The stuff always helpful and very gently.

I would recommend to improve the breakfast , but apart this all amazing.

The location is perfect. The room were celaned everyday. 10/10 for the the staff, especially Emanuela in reception (if we remember well the name). Everyone was very polite and answered every question.

My children liked the breakfast there. I will suggest beakfast to be included in the price that we were paying and not paying extra for it.
