Lovely old building with very nice staff and lots of features in the bedrooms. Superb shower, excellent and quiet air-conditioning, comfortable bed with good linens and a choice of pillows.

The toilet door should not be glass. Please change it!

Very nice and authentic place in Ubeda. The building has lots of heritage with a beautiful courtyard and a nice little square outside the hotel. The breakfast is based on local ingredients and awesome. Definately a strong recommendation

Great location in a historic palace right in the city centre, excellent service and fantastic breakfast.

Sound insulation was not the best but this is perfectly understandable in a protected building and was only noticed during the day

The hotel looks beautiful and it is well situated for exploring the city. The beds are very comfy. Breakfast very authentic and attentive.

Incredibly noisy hotel because it seemed every water pipe in the building went through our room (2.3) so every shower (and there were many) and toilet flush could be heard throughout the night. The hotel is in Southern Spain and we stayed in mid September...the quilt was more suited to northern Scotland in January. The ‘en suite’ facilities are frankly bizarre and amount to a sink in the bedroom, a shower cubicle and a separate WC cubicle, not unlike a public loo, with a glass swing door! Who thinks a glass loo door is a good idea? Breakfast not available before 9.00 a.m. No hotel parking although there is a free public car park about thirty metres away.

Beautiful, quirky hotel in a quiet location, with a lovely, homely atmosphere. Owner and staff were fantastic and incredibly welcoming and helpful. The opportunity to enjoy a nightcap was a welcome bonus. Location was great with lots to see in the near vicinity.

Bit noisy from street, but location and hotel was perfect. More than need for staying for one night. We asked personal to bring us shower towels in to our our room, but we did not get them, but sometimes its just happening. In general personal was very helpful and kind. Good breakfast in them morning. Close to hotel secure car parking.

Fabulous hotel, the reception area was amazing Our studio on the 2nd floor was perfect. The bed was so comfortable, we also had a fridge and microwave in the room. The window in the room was small, but we had the use of the lovely patio on the roof terrace. The location was perfect, restaurants, 2 minute walk from hotel. Free parking 50 metres from the hotel. Just Perfect for our relaxing break. Thank you.

The fact we had to leave !!!

Super, comfortable hotel with a gorgeous inner courtyard. Our superior double room overlooked a lovely quiet square and was spacious, well furnished and had the biggest shower we’ve ever seen! The staff were exceptional - courteous, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had anywhere. All this in a fantastic location in the middle of a UNESCO World Heritage Site! We’d definitely stay again.

The only thing we didn’t like was having to leave at the end of our stay!
