service was poor, hotel needs maintenance

Room was clean and bright. Hot breakfast was served.

The staff was great. The restaurant was very good.

Definitely not a 4 star property as indicated and it is very overpriced for the primitive facility . First impression was very shocking. Thankfully, the staff kept the room clean and everyone was very pleasant. The property is at least 1 mile from town with no transportation available including taxis. Had to walk on dirt roads to get to town . You would feel very isolated if unable to walk long distances . The tour desk person was inefficient with lack of ample knowledge. Had to get our own private tours of the area, which were quite expensive but worth our effort.

There is to much to say. The property is an oasis in the desert. You drive down a dusty road with lots of high walled properties and you think hmmmm where am I, then you walk up the stairs in the NOI Casa, and your like WOW. It’s an oasis, the staff are so friendly and helpful. your room is designed to fit the area and culture. The facilities are so quaint and inspired by the local area. I’d highly recommend a stay at NOI Casa.

I loved everything about the property.

We loved the helpful staff from front counter to restaurant! Excellent service! Also it is in the desert and outside the hotel seems not so good, but when you go inside to lobby and your room it is so amazing!! We loved this hotel!!

Location is super good and the rooms are confortable...

The hotel has its charm, a modern and friendly decor but unfortunately every time I stay at the Noi chain I regret it (and we've stayed many times). Overall there's always problems with service and maintenance. In this case the Room, although comfortable, had problems in the shoer drain.. in Now there's always something badly maintained. Breakfast is terrible, with poorly trained people, not very friendly, you can see that they are inexperienced. The coffee (nescafe) is bad and one would expect something better for the price of the stay. everything is ok if the price becomes that of an average hotel, which is not the case Que Tal?

The only interesting point in this hotel is the location, which is very close to the main street

The hotel is completely run down and understaffed. Probably due to the post-pandemic. Steambath was broken, jacuzzi cold, swimming pool very cold, pool towels stained and old. The outdoor bar by the pool is closed. Floors full of sand and dust. Boutique closed. Breakfast running with one staff. This hotel must have been very good in the past, but nowadays it is very bad.

It is a lovely hotel with a very friendly staff that went out of their way to be helpful. The hotel is in a great location and has everything I needed - it is a beautiful and relaxing environment. The food was delicious and they had vegan options. I would love to return with family and friends.
