It was perfect for a night stopover on the way to our holiday destination.

The couple who run the motel were lovely and very helpful,everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable

excellent room clean and spa is oi and wonderfully comfortable bed !! would absolutely stay here if passing through again !!

Even though it was close to a main road, it was a quiet spot. It also had good washing/drying facilities and close to shops and eating places.

Quiet location. You could tell old place recently renovated. lots of space to manoeuvre car in parking lot. Looked like additional car spaces could accommodate trailers, boats etc. Bed comfortable, I would say medium/firm in firmness. Felt new - no sags, hollows or ripples. Really liked the double power points positioned on either side of bedhead to plug in charger, laptop etc. WIFI was ok, worked well with spreadsheets but didn't try with movies. Literally 4 minute car drive to Coles, Woolworths, Big W etc. 6 minute trip to Taree Hospital in traffic. The reception staff were great, as well as the cleaners. You can normally tell how good a place is by how happy the staff appear - The reception staff were down to earth and friendly and the room cleaners shared a joke and were also very helpful - really set the mood for a great place to stay. I was so impressed I wanted to stay extra nights but they were booked out solid.

Air conditioner was cold but placed in spot where the airflow hit wall directly opposite so I had to buy a fan to direct flow to main room (didn't ask if they had one - I was at bunnings anyway). I really love the cold but if you are a normal person, I am certain this won't be an issue as the room did get really cool. My only real gripe - I was frustrated at the water flow from the shower. They have upgraded the rose to a square "Rainfall" shower head which I normally love but there was just not enough pressure from the old pipes to provide a drenching - more like a gravity fed bucket with holes in the bottom. Still, enough to get wet and compared to other places I have stayed, this place was great!
