In a good location

The stairs and not easily accessible for older people. Old rooms and shower handles kept falling off

Handy location to shops but far enough away that it was quiet. it is also handy to local and sky bus stops. The manager on the day was fantastic as i needed to move rooms and that was done without complaint and with a big smile.

Cant really say anything that i didnt like

the room had kitchen and coffee making ability bed was clean staff were friendly

i couldn't read controls on remote for TV no clue to guide and bathroom had rust in shower recess where soap holder used to be and on the shower screen door pool was green parking was difficult first night but was ok second night

Nice location and pretty clean, appreciated the housekeeping with fresh towels.

Our room had a broken shower head which we had to twist round to tighten as the water was spraying everywhere, it also had a broken blockout blind which wouldn’t roll up or down with the chain so we had to manually roll it to avoid the sun blaring in.

The unit we had was a really good set up for 2 bedrooms. The pool was nice. The location was good. Close to Frankston centre.

There was a lot of stairs for old people and carrying luggage. No lift. Our room wasn’t serviced very often.

Check in was easy and payment completed by accounts over the phone so staff could check in quickly.

Guests who stayed reported the toilets were not clean, there was hair in the bathroom, towels were dirty and there were several items missing in the kitchen. This was reported upon checkout.

As previously advise, no replenished supplies and value was significant lower bc normally I get a suite

Initial miscommunicarion meant i was directed to a room that wasnt yet clean (i was early for checkin). Within 2 mins i was upgraded free to a nearby unit. Very comfortable, great customer service. No drama in granting my request for a 1hr later checkout.

TV and TV remote could do with a revamp. Reception Staff could be more helpful regarding requests for late checkouts

$50 security bond. Who still does that? Way to make your guest feel like a crook. I don't get access to the deposit for days after I check out. No elevator. You'll have to drag your luggage up 2 flights of stairs. Shower over a stained bath tub. Tap handle fell off. Dirty towel with black stains all over it.
