The view, the maitre at the restaurant was fantastic! Also a young waiter (sorry I didn’t catch his name) who did the dinner service. The breakfast.

The air conditioning (we complained twice but no change). The room was unbearable to try and sleep in. Small room and needed a make over. The dinner wasn’t amazing!

Location was good - close to a very nice beach. The breakfast staff were great.

The bathroom had a mouldy smell due to a leak from a tap that dripped into the wooden cupboard. I told the receptionist and she just shrugged her shoulders. The aircon is noisy but you need to have it as there are no fly screens so you cant leave the windows open at night. The price for the quality of the room doesnt make sense.

The hotel itself has a lot of potential, but for the price and how it is advertised on the website, it was unfortunately a bit disappointing. We paid for a superior room with sea view but were taken to a ground floor room with a small outside space by a walkway, two plastic chairs and a view of the garden which was still under construction and had building work on it. Only after complaining twice did the hotel staff then agree to put us in a superior room with sea view. We went to the restaurant for dinner once. We were put on a table at the back of the restaurant on our own. The waitress was unfriendly and rushed us through our dinner. The restaurant attempts to be high standard but in reality felt quite like a canteen. We didn’t eat badly at a single restaurant on the island except at the hotel. Having said this breakfast was good. The minibar was never refilled, so after drinking the one beer on offer we bought our own from local shops. Having said this the hotel location is beautiful and the (second) room really comfortable. Cavoli Beach is very very crowded and touristy but if you travel along the coast a bit (secchetto, pomonte, Chiessi) you can find some beautiful little restaurants and beaches. Overall the hotel is ok, but we wouldn’t stay there again. The location and surrounding areas are absolutely beautiful though!

Cavoli is a lovely bay with white, nice sandy beach. Breakfast and the view from the restaurant/bar are fantastic.

Our room was quite small on the back side, although the bath was quite large for the size of the room.

We expected a lot more from this hotel as it looked very good on pictures. It turned out that the room was old, and more than that, didn't feel very clean. We chose a room with sea view but wasn't really enjoyable as the balcony was not well maintained and didn't make us want to use the table and chairs. The air conditioner's filter also needs to get cleaned.

Location of hotel was excellent, staff were super kind and helpful. The view onto the beach from the bar the restaurant was amazing. Great value for dinner also.

- missing iron in the room - linoleum on the floor - very small TV - the room which I booked it was supposed to have a view to the sea, but it was partial to the sea and around it was an unpleasant view, with dry vegetation

The location is great, very close to the Cavoli beach. Wonderful view from the terrace. The staff is very welcoming and always ready to accommodate requests. Dinners at the hotel very good value for money (30 eur for a 3-course menu) and very tasty. Would definitely recommend to stay here

The furniture of some room is a bit outdated, as well as the bathroom. But it did not bother us much, considering it was a beach holiday

Location is really good within easy walking reach of one of the most beautiful beaches in the island

Room was definitely poor under every level. Beds and pillows were not comfortable and though we asked for twins the room hadn’t enough space for them. No lighting at the entrance. The terrace was filled with sand that made nearly impossible not to drag it inside. We could clearly hear the tv from the adjacent room preventing us to sleep before midnight or even later. In my opininion it’s never been renovated through the years and is now far away from the standards a 4 star hotel should have. Sorry about that but I really feel it’s not worth the money I had to pay.

The location is great, it's very close to beach. Parking is without problem. View from breakfast terrace is amazing.

Mosquitoes. There were too many mosquitoes, we couldn't enjoy properly the terrace in the evening. The room did not have nets on balcony, so we couldn't leave the door open and the room does not have air conditioning.

Staff are very kind.. The lady for the reception Federica was amazing clarifying all our questions and serving us at bar.
