Traffic noise

The family suite is located at the front of the motel and despite the shutters that was installed to reduce the Princess Highway traffic noise , it was still quite noisy . My family had a sleepless night . To make matters worse the electricity in our room ( not sure if it happened in the entire complex ) went off around 9:00am . 😬 shutters did not operate too .. try getting ready to checkout in semidarkness . Motel staff( reception) was MIA . When we left at 9:45 am reception was still locked .

The room was very clean and tidy. The linen and bedding was clean too, odourless.

The motel is just off the Princess hwy so it was quite noisy. Though, they had no roller shutters but no one knew as the instructions to use them was written in a corner just off the window. Had I known earlier would have used them during the night. I found the room was little as well for 3 adults but overall fair stay

Location was excellent for my purpose and room was neat, tidy and comfortable.

The room was not soundproof. Being so close to the highway,, the road noise was a factor. Maybe thicker curtains or double glazed windows would block the road noise out.

The staff were poor at communicating. We had no hot water for 2 days. Car parking was terrible.

The accommodation was very comfortable, clean and more room than expected. Would definitely stay again.

Room had great internet and was good value for money, for the size of the room. Loved the shutters on the windows to block out all of thr light and noise.

Car park was an issue but that was due to other guests double parking across four car parks.
