Грязно, фото не соответсвуют реальности, молодой человек на стойке сказал не нравится я верну вам деньги, но была уже ночь, пришлось остаться , спала со светом, боялась если выключу , то набежит какая нибудь живность

that was not a room, that was barn. Pictures on booking are different. Don’t trust them. And it was so dirty bed sheet, so I have doubts they ever change it. All bed-clothes, including broken pillow covers, were changed after my request. But this is completely non respectful to give room in such condition and not corresponding to the pictures.

Staff was excellent. Andrew was very helpful.

nothing. when I entered the room there was a horrible smell there. so I decided to leave

well, before we arrived I’ve got several emails saying that they can’t use my card. anyway we arrived and paid in cash, but when I saw the room I was horrified. and the smell was disgusting. the receptionist told me that all the rooms are like this. so we decided to leave. the receptionist refunded me and recommended another hotel. so we left. in a few days I received an email saying that they charged me. I know it’s 9 dollars but still, I decided to check. it occurred so that they charged me twice. so I asked the refund, but they keep on saying that I was charged and that’s it. when I contacted the services, they told me to call to booking. I did, hopefully I will get my refun. if not, really, they are 9 dollars, you can eat them.

Nothing. Literally, nothing is good about this place.

The room was very dirty, not the one I booked from the photos in listing. The cigarette smoke was the first thing I smelled while entering in the room. The bathroom was just disgusting, and very very dirty. There was NO TOILET PAPER! And if course no shampoo, no water. The room was just on the side from the administration counter, so the light from the hallway was turned on the whole night and the room was illuminated the whole night as a result. The staff doesn't speak English, at all. When I said that this is not the room I booked, he told me that they are "this room upstairs, and they are all full".

The bathroom is dirty & stink. The room need a little more space for a chair & placing suitcase/bag....

It is in a great location, a quiet neighborhood near tons of restaurants.

It's FILTHY.

The room is very very dirty. Smells very bad. The sink was leaking. The toilet and shower were incredibly dirty and stinking. I travel a lot and I never saw something like this. I had to sleep with the window open because of the bed smell. Also the bed sheet was dirty with stains and lots of hair. Same with the pillow. To sleep I had to use a blanket I carry with me to cover the bed. I had to use a towel I have to cover the pillow. This was the only way to spend the night. In the morning I woke up very early and left the place. Unbelievable.
