The place was very clean and well kept. There was always someone at the house and you could ask for extra towels. They always offered me tea or coffee or lemonade. The host extended my stay for 2 extra days at my request for the same price.

My last day at the accommodation, the host barged into my room without knocking at 9.30am and told me I had to leave. The initial booking said that check-out was anytime during the day and I was not communicated a different check-out time. The host did send me messages in the past via Booking.com so there was no reason for her not to communicate to me in due time about the change in my check-out time. The host didn't apologize nor tried to explained the reason for the change, nor for barging into the room, which I didn't lock, but only told me I had to leave because new guests were arriving at 10. I had to pack my bags and evacuate the room in the remaining time. I forgot some things because of it. Wifi didn't work in the second floor.

Its a very nice place. Good quality price and remarkable hospitality. Near from turístic city centre. Definitely a good choice!

Fairly standard room with TV and Air-Con, shared bathroom but it is a nice one and very clean. There is a kitchen area but I didn’t use it. The location is good, not far from the infamous Latin Bridge, but it is up a relatively steep hill so bear that in mind if you have heavy luggage.

Wi-Fi only works in the reception/ dining area. I felt it was a bit overpriced given the lack of private bathroom and Wi-fi in room.

A large, warm apartment with a wonderful view on the old town; a garage available for the car; close to the old town.

Not very clean and the quality of the breakfast should be improved. No minibar, not to many in room amenities.

I booked single room with single bed and balcony however she made me favour and gave me room with twin bed..I came very late and needed to sleep asap..When I needed at night to go toilet I noticed that bathroom was gas smelling and also water leakage from the toilet to floor..I stayed only one day but during the breakfast I informed the staff on these problems.At the end I did not take a shower due to gas leakage..

Location is nice, you can see big part of city from hotel, also, it's a ten minute walk to rooms or less in which you burn out all ćevapi and baklave you ate :)

The nice lady that received me. The fact that i got a better room the first days, because i were alone there. She left me with her trust and a pair of keys for the garage. Very nice stay, and a lovely morning breakfast. Located close to Bascarsija, but 2km from city center (shopping) Hvala

Maybe there could be a bit cleanier some places.. and then i have to “warn” you, cause the place is located on a steep hill, so dont bring bad feets.
