Great location, quiet, easy walk to shops and restaurant. Close to the beach. The staff were amazing, helpful with any activity that we wanted to do, even did a cooking class. Loved having my breakfast cooked every morning.

The team at Villa Teman were exceptional! nothing was too much trouble. They prepared a banquet for lunch for 20 people at a very affordable price and it was delicious. Washing was included if your stay was longer than 4 days. Highly recommend

Gorgeous garden, lovely layout, someone came to the villa to make us breakfast each morning, very comfortable beds.

loved the layout and privacy. staff were wonderful, not intrusive. loved the location.

the light in one of the bathrooms did not work. the cats outside at night screaming. lighting of the road into where the Villa was located needs to be improved for safety at night

Facility was comfortable enough and staffs were well trained. Food was nice and vila was very close to Lovina beach.

A male gardener walked in at 6:30am to clean the garden. As it was a private vila, we didn't close the curtain in our rooms. It was not comfortable feeling.

Very safe, good help, Nice villa

Every staff member was friendly and helpful. They cooked a delicious breakfast for us in our villa each morning and went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. The private pool was well kept and the bedrooms were air conditioned and cozy. The bathrooms were indoor/outdoor (which I love) and were attractive and well appointed. The showers were zero entry.

The toilets needed to be flushed more than once in order to clear but that was no big deal.

the staff, they are Friendly but all they care Is about guests leave the Villa oN time. from the moment you arrived, when you Go out in the afternoon, during breakfast they Will remind you that you must leave the Villa at 11 am. and when it’s 11 am, they Will just come inside the Villa without your permission. Clean up everything and ask you to Go out. they don’t care that we just finish dolphin Tour at 10 am. all they want Is you to Go out. thanks for the very bad hospitality.

The only thing the staff or the owner can't control are your next door neighbors. The villa's are connectable and if you have loud neighbors your privacy and silence is gone. The pool is not children friendly at all The layout with the open living room and kitchen are great.
