Værelset var rigtig fint og badeværelset var lækkert. Morgenmaden var også lækker.
Vi fik desværre ikke mulighed for at benytte the executive lounge område, på trods af at have tilkøbt det dyre værelse med adgang til dette. Det var vi super ærgerlig over og fik ikke nok grundlag for hvorfor det var lukket, da personalets engelske kommunikations færdigheder forhindret dette.

There were no spoons and cups in the room. When asked to bring coffee cups they sent Nescafé pouches.

What i do not like is that I resreserved a room that can accommodate three adults and when I arrived the necessary room was not available which forced a room that was settled with paying the price difference

It was according most of good hotel standards. The breakfast has plenty if the option, all kind of food available. The airport Pudong international is relatively close.
They have no ATM machine or the option to convert foreign money in the hotel, which would be good to have. Some people speak not so good english language, can be improved at least. WiFi could be much better in the hotel room and especially in the reception area.

A very nice and spacious room.
My shower had a small hole in the wall and so it leaked all over the bathroom floor when I turned it on. Unfortunately I only discovered this the morning I was checking out. So it was not convenient for me to wait for someone to fix it as I had to leave early that day.
