The room was spacious, clean, modern and comfortable.

The pool, bar and restaurant area wasn’t very inviting.

The accommodations, were nice and the staff were friendly and accommodating

The place was hot, the air conditioners reach wasn’t far, and the bathroom didn’t have a soap holder.

The staff were always extremely friendly and helpful. The room was more of an apartment which was great. The location was superb as it was within walking distance to all the local restaurants and bars.

Overall the property exceeded our expectations. The apartment is very spacious, with a large bedroom and very comfortable dining area and outside terrace. We stayed at one of the garden-facing apartments and would actually recommend that as it was very peaceful and quiet. The dining area features a fully-equipped kitchen with a nice sofa and dining area. The bedroom was particularly spacious with a large set of wardrobes too. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows and the air conditioning worked very well (though it's only in the bedroom). The staff at the reception were very helpful and helped us arrange for transport and other necessities. The bar/pool area is quite cosy as well. As for the location, it's in a very quiet, residential area, which we liked but only a few minutes away from local amenities and the bus stops, for example.

The main lobby, surrounding common area and pool area were nice and clean. the monkeys came to visit, and the birds sang beautifully.

Our bedroom smelled horribly, the bed was old and lumpy (2 twin mattresses pushed together), the linen was so cheap and uncomfortable. I slept a total of 1 hour! The living area had no air flow and was unbearably hot. There was only A/C in the bedroom. The shower overflowed (drain was clogged), the toilet was not fixed so was extremely wobbly The grounds just on our property alone were dirty (broken ceramic in the driveway and grass), the grass was not mowed (the grass blades almost reached my knees), there were piles of garbage on a lot of properties, including ours.

Accommodation was very clean , bathrooms in particular . Location was secure . Staff were extremely friendly & efficient . The location of the resort was close to Holetown & local amenities, including the beach .

The resort itself was very tired & dated . The restaurant was limited to Indian food , which was not to our taste . There were no other options so we didn’t eat . The vibe was rather quiet & it would have been nicer to have a more lively feel .

A lovely peaceful place where the staff can’t do enough for you! Everyone was very helpful and the food in the restaurant is genuinely incredible!!

Our kitchen in the apartment could have been better stocked, and maybe aircon in the main room.

A little grubby round the pool area

The staff are amazing and make an excellent holiday wether your a couple or a family The rooms are quite large, with separate bedrooms and bathroom, ours was recently renovated so an added bonus... Along with the gardens the Pool area and cabanas are immaculately kept, the bar area is clean and tidy and even the on site indian restaurant isn't too bad.. deffo come back to all seasons.
