I can't think of anything that I liked about this place.

Very bad options for breakfast..pretty much the same every day. I stayed here about 1 year ago and didn't really want to stay again but there aren't many other options in Betim. The place looks that the owners are not investing at all in the hotel. There was a large hole in the kitchen ceiling which was there throughout our stay which was 10 days. Room 705, there was a bad smell always coming from the shower room, paint coming off the ceiling over the shower, toilet seat broken and not staying up and a leak for the toilet hose. There were missing handles on the really out of date wardrobes. Also there was no card to put on handle of door for do not disturb/clean room etc. I wanted to complain but not 1 person in the hotel spoke any English yet I noticed many English speaking guests here. There was 1 or 2 people who spoke English last time at reception. We kept getting disturbed early in the morning to ask if we needed clothes washed or the room cleaned...we were on holiday and didn't want to be woken so early although we were normally awake quite early anyhow because the windows are like paper and there are 2 or 3 roosters crowing all night and morning very near the hotel. The window when closed is almost the same noise level in the room when the window is opened. I was frustrated with this hotel on my last stay and wanted to write a review but got sidetracked for time but this time I needed to provide this analysis. Some of the issues existed on the last stay but more have surfaced. We got moved to room 604 after the toilet blocked about 1/2 way though our stay but this to also had the same issues in noise levels. They bill this as a 4 star hotel but it is a 1 to 2 star at best. I'm not sure who reviews a star status of a hotel but this one is certainly not 4. Also the showers heads in both rooms need replaced as the spray is a trickle or a blast no in between. Really poor quality place.

I booked a double and pay extra but still given twin single bed. I had a really bad experience with the hotel as they wanted to charge me 90 Brazilian reals BRL for washing my two polo shirts (laundry) which I think it is a rip off. I think you buy polo shirts so really not happy about this. After arguing they offered me to BRL 45. I did not know about the charges for laundry and nobody said anything. Overall bad experience
