Die Lage ist sehr zentral und angenehm, da man zu Fuß Geschäfte sowie Restaurants erreichen kann. Allerdings empfiehlt sich in der Hauptsaison bei den Restaurants zu reservieren, da man sonst selbst zu Zweit fast keinen Platz bekommt. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung aber ich kann gegensetzt was auf der Homepage steht, nicht bestätigen, dass die Produkte regional sind. Die meisten Produkte (die Joghurts, Butter, Nutella etc) sind normale Supermarkt-Produkte. Leider stimmen so einige Fakten nicht mit der Homepage überein: so gibt es zum Beispiel auch keine Bio Sauna. Auf der Homepage steht, es gäbe 2 Saunen, es gibt aber nur 1. Positiv ist: der Wellnessbereich ist neu und sehr nett.

Der Betrieb wird von einem Paar geführt. Die Dame ist kommunikativ und bemüht, aber es wäre wünschenwert wenn auch Ihr Mann die Gäste begrüßen könnnte. Ich selber bin sehr tier und hundfreundlich aber ich finde es ein absolutes No-Go wenn sich die beiden Haushunde in der Frühstücksküche aufhalten, wo der Aufschnitt, Kaffee (Hygienevorschriften!!) etc für die Gäste zubereitet wird. Ebenso nicht positiv finde ich, dass es keinen allgemeinen Aufenhaltsraum gibt, wo man sich nach dem Skifahren hinsetzen kann um miteinander zu sprechen, Zeitung zu lesen oder sonstiges. Es bleibt einem nur das Zimmer. Es dürfte ehemalig einen Barbereich gegeben haben, den die Besitzer des Hauses aber für sich zum Privatraum gemacht haben. Schade denn dieser Bereich hätte absolut potential für die Kunden und ich glaube die Kunden würde dies auch absolut annehmen. Wir haben ein Economy Zimmer gebucht und waren eine Woche dort - es wäre wünschenwert gewesen wenn wir ein Upgrade auf ein neueres Zimmer bekommen hätten können. Gäste welche nur 1 oder 2 Nächte dort waren, habe die völlig neuen Zimmer bekommen.

La zona comune letteralmente segregata con due poveri cani dietro un cancellino che impedisce a loro di uscire agli ospiti di frequentare quello che era il salone e il bar peraltro ristrutturato. Dentro i proprietari ne hanno fatto una specie di deposito e lo usano privatamente tenendolo in condizioni a dir poco trascurate. Peccato che le finestre sono visibili dall’ingresso. E si intravedono residui di lattine, indumenti accatastati, scatole di pizza o scatoloni dellla pasticceria che porta la colazione del mattino. Davvero orribile sciattume. La colazione è servita in un locale separato che i proprietari mettono a disposizione solo due ore al mattino e si affolla facilmente . La proprietaria e il marito mal vestiti e poco curati. Dalle finestre esterne il pomeriggio si poteva ammirare lui su un letto disfatto a giocare a videogiochi . Davvero tutto assurdo e sciatto. Peccato perché la struttura avrebbe ottime potenzialità Non aspettatevi la cura tipica del Garni dell’Alto Adige . Non so nemmeno se può qualificarsi come garni. Certamente non 3stelle! Senza nemmeno un posto dove sedersi in una sala comune. Al massimo B&B. Attenzione ci sono foto con piatti di carne. Una volta sarà esistito un ristorante. Adesso la sala è inagibile. Esiste solo la prima colazione.

The room was very comfortable and clean; the breakfast was good and offered different options and the pool downstairs in heated - great place to relax at.

Quiet neighborhood, great views of mountains, big room, wonderful family hosts. The sauna and pool was a nice touch! We loved Perla the house pet!

Location

AWFUL, overwhelming smell of dog urine in the carpet. The smell extended down the stairs and into the lobby. The owners have a large dog, and some guests had dogs also. We had booked and paid for 3 nights, but because of the smell we asked the owner Alex if we could check out early. He said it would be no problem, so we walked down the street and booked a lovely hotel around the corner for the last 2 nights. When we came back to the Hotel Garni Savoy, the owner’s wife said we would not be refunded for our 2 nights.

Convenient location. Clean, substantial room and bathroom. Plenty of closet and drawer space for unpacking for a longer stay. Amiable staff. Parking on site at no extra charge.

There was a strong, unpleasant odor on the stairs and in the first floor corridor leading to our room. The carpet appeared soiled and stained, and there was ample evidence of attempts to clean stains. Every time we entered or left our room we were confronted with this powerful foul odor. This was the only problem with this property, but it was a big one; it really marred our stay. The hotel seems to welcome guests with dogs, and perhaps this is a result.

Sauna was not working when we wanted to use it and no one was around to ask how to turn on sauna.

Location was great, and quiet. Indoor pool was a definite plus.

The owner is extremely rude, the smell from balcony is very nasty, because at the back they grow horses, cows etc but that is not that important, the most important thing is we booked that hotel for spa, especially for sauna, and a very large room but instead of this i was given a small room and when we got to the spa everything was off, so i went to ask to switch it on but instead of this i was told that they not going to open the spa just for two person, and i told them that that's not my problem and why they didn't tell us before but anyway no results because he kept saying no and no.
