The location is absolutely amazing. Close to the train station, shopping centre, lake and old town. Everything just a short walk away. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was tasty. Room was clean,warm,big enough including hot shower,fast wi-fi and matched the pictures exactly. It was excellent value for money.

central and close to everything! the hotel staff are friendly and the hotel is clean and cosy. i felt safe and comfortable. I loved it here! I even booked a second night when my travel itinerary was only one night in Constance.

The room size was decent and the staff were quick at check-in and informed me how to enter the hotel after reception closes. The breakfast in the morning was very good.

The location of hte hotel is right next to the train station and the port and the staffs were really nice and friendly.
Unfortunately i couldnt figure out how to make the Air Conditionar to cool the room. But opening the windows solved the problem.

The location was excellent. It was at the center of the city, we could walk from hotel to explore the city. Lake Konstanz was only 5 minutes walking.

Lots of steps to climb if you are on the top floor. Not an issue for us, but definitely a consideration if you have compromised mobility.

Hotel is a 10 minute downhill walk from the bus station at Constance Dobeleplatz and 2 minutes from the train station. My room was ready early and the lady at reception gave me a little tourist card for free buses which I used for a day trip to Mainau island. The room was small but clean, comfortable and quiet. A nice breakfast is included. The key to the room also opens the main door if you come back late. Lots of places to eat and shop nearby and the waterfront is 3 minute walk away. The staff were helpful and cheerful.
There is no lift but the staff cheerfully helped me with my bag. The free wifi has no password and is slow.

Is centrally located in the city. The staff is very friendly and nice. They take care of each guest as a personal guest. The rooms are very clean.
