Location not that convenient.

Love the library area! The buffet desserts and breakfast have good varieties. This hotel suits travellers with young children. There’s a snack bar with free snacks (some cute looking snacks) and free drinks between certain time. I like the matcha drink best! My daughter loves the charcoal grill where you can toast the marshmallows.

The onsen compare to other places I’ve been to was not as good but it’s ok and got most things we need. There was no cold plunge pool.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in the hotel. Cozy rooms and high quality service. Lovely hotel with a wonderful restaurant. Very friendly staff. Hotel is full of great art. Just a charming place. The price I paid was absolutely worth it! Very beautiful Onsen & So Relaxing. Our 3rd time. Breakfast buffet is outstanding, also the onsen and drinks / snacks after skiing. Very relaxed place and family friendly with a great play area for kids and a quiet lounge for adults. Location is perfect.

Would be nice to have at least one decent streaming service on the TV because Japanese free to air TV isn't much good. But every Japanese hotel I've stayed in has been the same. Can't understand why. It's such an obvious value-add. Bringing a USB-C to HDMI cable next time :)

It's very family-oriented. Lots of facilities, activities, amenities that cater to families. Decently comfortable hotel. Manager is a fatherly figure who goes around ensuring that the guests are comfortable and happy. Onsen is decent size. Nice poetry written on the walls. Dreamy feeling when you see snowflakes falling while you soak in the hot water. Free drinks all day, it's fantastic! Lots of free food. You can easily get a sugar high.

Food was the same everyday. And I mean, Every. Single. Day. Like seriously, have some variation. I'm sure the staff are bored of seeing the same thing everyday. Ski locker was outside the hotel, not exactly the warmest way to prep for skiing. Most staff were really friendly and helpful. Only one staff, a big size chef who looked quite young, was permanently sour or stone faced and surly most of the time. Like seriously, if you're not happy to be in the service industry, then maybe it's time to change jobs! Pillows were too soft! They had pillow options, but the buckwheat pillow was too thin, and other support pillows were too hard. The standard room pillow just melted into the bed. Not great at all. Probably one of the worst pillows I've had so far.

The hotel is very suitable for family traveler. Facility have kids in the mind. Although i'm traveling with teenagers, both enjoyed the stay very much. Buffet was great too.

The breakfast buffet spread was good but probably can change a bit from day to day because if a guest were to stay for a few days, i think the breakfast can get a bit boring.

the rooms look a lot shabbier than the photos. I was t sure at the start if we had arrived at the right location. it’s also unfortunate they charge extra for a night if you use their baby cot.

First off the location is excellent. Right across the street from the Kitanomine area of Furano. Upon check I was given a ton of information, coupons, and explanations. The lobby has free drinks and snacks. Very comfortable relaxing area. Second level has a reading area stocked with books and manga. My favorite surprise was the onsen. Well maintained and hot indoor bath with an amazing wooden outdoor bath. The room was very clean and comfortable and hotel robes were given to wear around. I traveled alone but it was a very family friendly hotel.

My only complaint was about the noise in the rooms. The door was so thin I could here other guests in the halls frequently. Not a huge down side but I kept the TV low as I wasn't sure if people could hear me from the inside.

Attentive staff. Excellent facilities and common spaces, with treats and free drinks through the day. It was also an excellent location directly opposite the Kitanomine Gondola and ski lift. It was an unforgettable trip. There are also a few family run Japanese restaurants within 5 minutes walk which were all so delicious!
