La chambre était très confortable. Nous avons pu également profité de la piscine et du sauna. Très bien. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et très fourni. Le personne très gentill et serviable. La ville de Chambéry est très belle. Nous avons pu nous promener et découvrir de beaux monuments. Nous avons mangé dans un restaurant qui propose des plats piémontais, excellents. Vraiment un très bon séjour. Par contre, pour le parking, ce n'est pas trop facile, mais nous avons trouvé une place devant non payante pendant la nuit, donc, pas de problèmes. Nous avons bien apprècié notre séjour.

Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was amazing. All of the staff we spoke to were helpful and friendly and the bar was a great place to unwind. Great location for the station and the city centre too. Will definitely come again!

We loved everything! The location, the quality, nice b fast, friendly, very friendly staff, parking possibilities, clean and near the center.
The way to the spa passing the restaurant is not conivinient (having b fast and people passing in dressing gown). A "paravent" (shade? Wall?) Would be good

The bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was lovely to come back to on a hot day. Good location. It was a short walk from the train station and the old town.

we stayed as a stop off using the train from Rome to London. the beds were very comfortable. I had a basic room whereas my parents had a suite which had a fantastic spa bath and a separate living room. The bed in the basic room was very comfortable but the suite was lovely.

A bit disorganised concerning the sauna use.
Scheduling has been changed so I waited by the pool to use it only to learn I should have informed the reception that I intended on using it (I was not told that not even while picking up the towel at the reception). Ten min later had to give up as the sauna was not working at all.

A good location next to bars, the room was spacious and clean. The sauna and pool are a good addition through nowhere to change so come down in your robe ready. Breakfast was good.
nowhere to park, the spaces to stop are few and likely will not be free when you arrive. Plenty of public parking not too far away.

The staff were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. Joining rooms make it a great place for our family of 5.

Good location and friendly reception staff.
Sauna was closed and the bar, which I was told was serving that Friday night ended up to be closed when I came back from dinner for a glass of wine before bed. It was only 9.20pm.

Location is great, just outside the main shopping in Chambéry.
The lack of parking is a difficulty. there are spaces for unloading but these are often full. nearest parking is Palais, at 20 euro per day. no reduction at 12 euro like they offered.

The hotel is central and walking distance of the main sites of interest. Although it looks very unappealing from the outside (set in between shops), the interior is modern and fresh. The room was fine, though it looked out on the street and was quite noisy. Did not sample breakfast. WiFi good enough to stream movies.
There is no on site parking. The hotel has some spaces in a car park just around the corner, which costs 12 Euros per night.

everything was really nice
except for the fact that the room are oriented on the street therefore we heared the sound of the engine of any vehicule driving under our windows.
So we did spent an awful night and barely sleep due to the noise , it was like we were outside with the cars.
it’s very disappointing to pay for the highest room and 162€ for one night and can’t sleep at a hotel like that , we won’t come back again here.
