our restroom was broken, the room had no ventilation and very noisy

it’s an excellent colonial hotel that was quality in its day. Great location in city historic Center with lots of shopping nearby.

The photographer for the standard double room should get a gold award. Small describes it perfectly. My rooms drapes would not completely close, and lighting was terrible. No bedside lamp, only glaring ceiling and wall lights. I had a knee injury, so specifically booked this hotel because it had an elevator. SURPRISE (OUT OF SERVICE). Certainly would not rate higher than a 3 star property. An added note, restaurant service sucked bad.

I choose to stay here for the location. Can't do any better for the Virgin of Guadalupe when the Cathedral/Basílica is only 20 steps away! LOVED the room with the balcony onto the square!

There's a different vibe now that it's Hotel Concierge and no longer Hotel Ceballos. No more included breakfast and you have to ask for help rather than it being offered. This was not what I experienced during my two previous stays when it was under different ownership. Also, I was taken aback by the notice that any tips had to go through the front office. Along that same line, during my 3 week stay in México, the only times my Visa credit and debit cards wouldn't work was at this hotel. I called the bank...there was not a decline on their part. Hmmmm.

Nice hotel - older & historic. Great central location. Rooms spacious - nice shower. Staff helpul & friendly - delivered extra water at no charge - nice! Very good secure parking with supervisor - very friendly as well - convenient! Highly recommended hotel. Balcony was nice. AC comforting. Reasonable price. Thank You - we'll be back. We absolutely loved the Colima central plaza.

The location was great. In the city center, walking distance to restaurants, bars, historic places.

The floor was dirty in the room. I walked barefoot briefly, I could feel the dirt. When I looked at my feet they were black with dirt only from a few steps. I had to use sandals for the remainder of the stay. Every time they came to clean the room, the floor was not moped. They forgot to add more toilet paper when needed.
