Very clean.. recently refurbished. Smelled nice. Wifi fantastic reception. Our room was quiet. Electric blankets on the beds which I loved. Kookas biscuits left for us on the bed (good quality biscuits..love them)

Old AC/heater but owner says they are replacing them soon. It definitely warmed the place just a little noise than new models but not bad. Close to everything we needed.

Noisy aircon/heater loud bangs. Shower taps bad...sounds like a siren and couldn't stop it from screaming while showering.

It was a cheap place for us to have a rest after a long drive from Melbourne and a starting point for the Silo Art Trail. We were provided with fresh milk on arrival and the room had a fridge/microwave/kettle/toaster. The electric blankets were appreciated and the bed was comfortable.

The room smelled of smoke and was very outdated. It was like stepping back into the 70's! We considered going to another motel but decided to stay as it was just one night. The pictures did not reflect the accomodation that we stayed in!

We normally pay $100 a night other places are so if I find another place i will go there. As ive noticed the price has gone up in Glynlea Motel

We were going to arrive later than planned. The manager left the key under the doormat, and had also turned on the heating, so we had a lovely warm room.

Consider looking for a better tradespeople when updating room fixtures. Bathroom needs an extraction fan. More power points needed. Pine board in bathroom that had been painted over with white paint had not been sealed so sap still drawing out of wood. Actually looked like smeared blood on initial viewing. Mixed colours in bathroom Manchester provided These finishes matter if an increase in star rating wanted

Friendly staff, good location, large room, very clean, complimentary biscuits, ability to drop the key in a lock box for an early get away.

Very uncomfortable bed, air conditioner noisy, fittings very old, tired and dated, no overhead lights, the shower squirted water into the air and it was impossible to turn the pressure up as the water went cold.

Spacious room, good location at the edge of the town center, large bathroom, easy access. Good quality towels and reasonably good linen, lots of space to store luggage. For a motel it is very good, for a stopover for a day or a few.

My booking was not found on arrival, until I produced the Booking.com confirmation when receptionist informed me that it was somehow cancelled (that was news to me, certainly I still had the booking with the website). He found me a room so that is ok. No one was there at checkout time just a box for the keys. No sound from the main road but noisy neighbors next door can make sleeping a challenge. WIfi was sporadic.
