Our family room was not clean, it was dusty, had cobwebs everywhere, little brown garden roaches and built up dirt. The first time we went to use the microwave it caught on fire and our replacement microwave was filthy, full of spilt food and stunk terribly. We didn’t bother to use it. The mattress covers are full of stains and the bathroom door is rotting. Booked for a family of 4 and we have 3 chairs, 3 glasses, and 2 forks.

Location. Bed was comfy. Good water pressure and temperature. Price.

Mould starting to grow in shower. Sounded like there was a commercial washer/dryer running on the roof at night, not sure what caused it. Milk was not replenished when used.

overall the room was great

very noisy as I was on the street side. there was an intercom that someone pushed in the middle of the night and it continually beeped non-stop. also there was no early key drop box, so I left it in the room. never saw a person, my key to the room was left under a doormat.

Spacious and comfortable. Quite. Although it was 'old' it was a pleasant stay.

Located along the main street but the traffic noise was well buffeted out. Very comfy bed, close to eateries and shopping precinct. Within a short stroll around the lake and parklands.

decor' was VERY dated, but, in another couple of years it will be back in style.
