the staff was extremely helpful and even provided a taxi’s number for a ride into town.

The only thing is that it is far from the main plaza but it’s just a 8 -10 min drive or less and there’s plenty to see on the way.

don’t have security for guest I had people from another room party all night till 3 in the morning and nobody told them nothing couldn’t sleeep because there were to loud

Check in check out was excelent. Tequila tour guide was amazing. Room cleaning was fantastic. Breakfast was really good including servers. Room was beautiful.

Everything was great except the service at the cave restaurant for dinner. We constantly had to be calling the servers since they wouldn't come to our table to ask if we needed anything. The hotel also needs a convenience store where you can offer snacks , electrolyte drinks, souvenirs. More guidance on how to get around to restaurants more signs. Better communication for romantic dinner reservations, I never received a response.

loved the look of the place, decor, the art on the wall. also the tour was fun as was the tastings. in love with the bed and pillows!

a bit more attention to the agave. also blinds are needed, not Velcro straps, as it’s hard to put back on the windows, in turn light gets let in.

Nice grounds and friendly staff.

Toilets hard to flush stopped working the day we were leaving. Husky dog tied up by the gard gate. Left him in hot sun with old dirty water and no food for over 8 hours. Very disgusting and cruel to animals.
