The morning chef was great. Super easy food.
It's right near a main route. Noisy in the morning with traffic. Not easy to access because of the traffic. Hard to get to places walking.

The breakfast was good and the cool thing about the rooms is that they each have fruits as names. For example my room was called “coconut”. Each room smells like the name given so my room was smelling like coconut and it was just so calming. The smell is overwhelming or anything strong, the smell was enough for you to notice it and it was just perfect.

small boutique hotel that felt very homey
room needs a new coat of paint, better lighting, hairdryer that works (mine was broken), price list for the snacks in the room and soap packets that are easy to open (it was impossible to open them)

Breakfast must have more variety and the location was good
Didn't have wifi in the room and fall all the time. More variety in the breakfast

The hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood. It has a access to great walking parks. It is located inn one of the best areas of Medellin.
The noise level in the room was disappointing. You can hear everything that is said in the hallway. They allow children to run around the hallway screaming at the top of their lungs and they dont bother to say anything to the parents unless you come out and look like the bad guy for asking them to keep the noise down. Dont stay here if you want ANY sort of privacy. Half of the staff is awesome. The cleaning lady and the guys who take care of the front desk at night are all super!!! The other half of the reception staff...the girls who work during the day and into the evening are the worst. Like I said....stay away if you value rest and privacy because you well get neither here. The hotel has alot of potential.

It was a safe area
I didn’t like being overcharged because the manager wanted to make more money during a busy period. Upped the rate I had on booking by $20 per night. Scam! If I wasn’t tired and stuck I wouldn’t have stayed. Put in a shed room beside the car park, definitely not like the pictures. Location isn’t walkable to most of the central Poblado good areas.

location, friendly and diligent staff
noisy environment, you can hear other guest coming in and out of their rooms, conversations at the reception until late at night.
can hear what is happening on adjacent rooms.
Not a good place to get a good night of sleep.

I even can't find what I liked.
It was the worst experience I've ever had with the hotels. I was charged double the cost at the reception. I book all the hotels via booking.com and I used to trust the hotels that's why I didn't pay attention at the sum during the payment. I found this issue a couple of hours later when opened my internet banking. I came to the reception but there was only the only worker that was at that moment didn't speak English and even didn't try to help me with this issue.
So during the whole my 1-week stay there I was trying to get my money back and every day they were giving me the answers like "tomorrow we will figure it out"(ofc in Spanish only). The only thing after which they started to do something - when I wrote to the Ayenda website to support and said I was going to report them to the "Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio". They returned me my money straightaway in cash.
Feel sick whenI see "Ayenda" anywhere.

The people at the desk were nice and there’s nice outdoor areas to sit for social distancing. Really I’d say this was a good value for the money.
A bit farther from poblado than I had been staying but it actually wound up being nice. There’s a good course or something across the street so you’re awhile from hustle and bustle but just a short walk down the hill to the mall that has a giant Carulla.

The boutique hotel was nice and right in the middle of Parque Lleras. The front desk staff spoke English and they were very accommodating and very nice, I would definitely stay here again.
The rooms are a bit small but the terrace definitely made up for it. Loved the rainfall shower and the bathroom was pretty good sized.
