The light-filled space, the balcony, the kitchen, the washing machine & drier with washing liquid. The view. The hair dryer.

No face cloths, had to go to reception for more toilet paper and tea bags. The lift broke down - but one day, just in time for check out, which meant lots of people had to either squeeze into the other lift or wait for a long time. But the staff had organized the repair - it just took a while.

Beautiful room and furnishings. Nice and close to shops or entertainment facilities.

The elevator system in the carpark was hard to figure out as we were told the wrong one to enter from receptionist. Clear bays aren't also marked.

Had much more than most studios do. Loved the fact that it was fully self contained so we could cook & do laundry. Great wardrobe space. Close to supermarket etc. Ubers arrive in 1 minute!! Close to airport. If needed I could live in this studio.

Difficult to access the light rail

Lots of room, super comfortable, clean and great facilities. Exceeded expectations for the price.

Large suite.

1. Car parking charges, $30.00 per night, we're not disclosed until the day before arrival and after free cancellation period expired. 2. Hotel cut off our hot water for six hours without telling us, but made no apology. 3. Guests have to walk outside to get to reception so if it's raining, which it was, they get wet. 4. Housekeeping and maintenance staff play havoc with the two lifts, locking them off for various periods. This seriously increases wait times for the one remaining lift. 5. Even on the ninth floor, east side, traffic noise can be heard night and day from the seven lane highway below. 6. The bedroom TV remote control would not work.
