A bit of a smell in the carpet

We have stayed several times before. So clean and comfortable and the staff are always pleasant. Our go to accommodation on the Mornington Peninsula. It never changes.

Good location and breakfast acceptable.

Wifi wasnt up to standard and in the end expensive for the room / hotel facilities.

Very clean. Location. Parking. Breakfast was great.

It advertised Foxtel but this wasn’t the case. Couldn’t watch any sport. TV was so old that you couldn’t even stream anything. Could hear everything happening in the corridor, lobby and other rooms. Terrace was a balcony and it was so small you could only stand out there and look at the car park. We payed for a room upgrade so I wouldn’t want to see what the original room was like. We payed for 3 people (2 adults and a child) yet supplies were only available for 2.

Fabulous location. Lovely hotel. The food was delicious. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Special thanks to James, who helped meet all our needs and make things easier for us.

No toothbrush and toothpaste; The taste of Breakfast does not reach my expectations.

Breakfast options were amazing with wonderful service, we loved our stay. Rooms were neat and clean, reception explained all the services properly

Such a beautiful hotel! I was incredibly impressed with everything. The room was gorgeous and breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend this place.

As I was only able to check in late in the night at the last minute, I called the property staff who was friendly over the phone. She quickly told me the check in procedure over the phone and email. I truly appreciate the arrangement. The property is very clean, new and well- maintained. In addition, the breakfast at penisula was great too!
