Amazing location and the staff gave me a room on the 3rd floor with a really great view! While it is a basic hotel with basic facilities - the staff is incredibly kind. You get a feeling that you are staying with family. Awesome breakfast!!!

There was one night where 2 ladies got in really late - not sure if they were drunk? They were so loud and the walls were probably a bit thin so I could hear them while in the corridor. Not the property’s fault I guess…

Management was accommodating with check in and breakfasts. Location was perfect with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Water pressure was also good!

It was really windy during our stay and it was a bit hard to sleep even using earplugs.

Booked a taxi to the airport (PNT) and the front desk charged me $70 USD as a prepayment and then the taxi driver charged me 10,000 CLP as well. The cost of a trip to the airport should only be 10,000 CLP and front desk took advantage of the fact that I was in a rush and didn't have the time to book a taxi myself.

A little old fashioned, but clean and cozy. Excellent service (and breakfast). Superb sunset view.

very clean (!!) and very helpful. The owner even drove me to the central bus station, because no taxi was available the early in the morning.
