View from the room balcony is beautiful; bed was comfortable. Staff in the breakfast room was friendly.

The room and bathroom looked quite run down; wallpapers were peeling off; small table was broken; mirror in the bathroom was full of black spots - so were the shower walls; the shower handle could not be fixed. The air conditioner circulated the smoking smell from other rooms into my room - very unpleasant. All the noise from next-door rooms was easily heard - very thin walls. Nevertheless the hotel seemed full with groups most of the days with lots of noise. The so-called 'bar' where the welcome drink was offered had very greasy and dirty sofas and armchairs; the carpet at the floor was equally dirty. Far too expensive at a price of about US$75 per night. The management insisted on an advance payment of the booked 7 days as my credit card has no pin code. Ultimately I paid day by day. I asked to speak to the manager, but he/she was not available. On the 6th day (!) a fruit basket was offered - I asked why and was told 'because I stay there for so long'....

One of the best hotel in bukittinggi 1. In my opinion I thing this hotel located at the highest spot in Bukittinggi, so very good place to see all spots from this hotel 2. Easy check in, and possible for early checkin With welcome drink compliment 3. I booked for deluxe room. Spacious room, carpet floor, city view, complete facilities and amenities 4. This hotel has swimming pool 5. This hotel applied very good health protocol 6. ATM center only outside of the buildinh 7. Only 3-5 minutes walk to the main landmark

The hotel located in good location, walking distance to Jam Gadang. Our room's in sixth floor and the view was superb

Shower handle's broken with no hot water during our stay. Since we came during long weekend, breakfast was super crowded and the foods taste bland
