Location, comfy beds and the heating. Lovely coming home to a warm apartment especially with the recent very cold nights
Kitchen and living area starting to look a bit tired and dated. Not really a dislike but more an observation. Didn’t affect out stay

Fantastic location (walking distance to sovereign hill), great price, had everything we needed. Perfect for a family. Really comfortable and warm even through the freezing cold weather outside. Highly recommend.
Mattresses were so soft which is not our preference for a bed. Pillows were also so thin they may as well have just been a pillowcase.

Good location for visiting Sovereign Hill, not far from town. Room had good amenities, cooking facilities if required. Undercover parking, lift up was a bonus.
Our room was near stairs and very noisy with unsupervised children running up and down stairs continually.

Room was small but functional, although a bit difficult to get luggage from the carpark up the stairs to the room. Location was good.
See above re stairs from carpark. No other complaints about our stay - a one night stopover on our way elsewhere - good option for that.

Clean, well equipped and close to Sovereign Hill. Lots of takeaway and restaurants in short walking distance.
The swimming pool was not able to be used for our 2 day stay. I booked these apartments specifically for the kids to use the pool. (It was January).

Room was a nice layout. Comfortable beds and clean sheets. Close to facilities we wanted to use.
Pool was out of use, we’re not informed on check in. Room had carpet lifting which was a bit of a trip hazard. Could do with a thorough decobwebbing inside and out as had a few spiders. No dvd players as advertised also.
