Excellent accommodation and staff could not of been more helpful. Location was great and newly renovated. Parking was very handy and it was a quiet location. Would recommend and stay again.

I liked everything but disappointed that the cleaners stole our expensive ring which we forgot behind on the bed Side table. we called within 3 hours of living the hotel but we’re told cleaners didn’t find it. impossible please return the ring dear cleaner it is emotionally very important to us.

-the young gentleman at the desk was lovely. -linen was fresh & clean -nice block out curtains

-the pool was out of order on arrival due to a leak, we booked this hotel for a pool. some notice would of been nice to be able to maybe find an alternative hotel with a working pool. because of this I was offered a 10% discount… a whole $19.99. -bed was too soft for us. -bathroom grout had soap build up(pink stain) and some mold. -shower head was held together with blue tac. -hallway smelt of smoke.

From arriving staff were fantastic, providing us with information about places to dine near hotel. Room big and beds very comfortable, shower was amazing and heard no traffic noise during the night. Had a supermarket and kmart directly opposite. We are definitely returning again
