Lage des Hotels war optimal nur 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, haben extra Wünsche sofort erfüllt. Frühstück ist empfehlenswert und ausreichend. Zimmer war ordentlich und sauber. Tolle Aussicht Zimmer in der 16. Etage.

Im Zimmer könnten mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten für Kleidung sein, wenn man länger als 2 Tage bleibt. TV leider keine deutschen Programme. 2 Bettdecken wären sinnvoller. Im Bad kleine Pfützen Wasser unter WC und an der Badewanne.

Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, aber teilweise in die Jahre gekommen. Es war aber sauber. Tiefgarage unter dem Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück lecker.

Bra! För mycket folk samtidigt denna helg.

Lite trevligare bemötande i receptionen vid incheckning. Gäller bara en person som verkar lite ny och oerfaren att bemöta på trevligt sätt.

To be fair I have hard time finding something negative but I would give a 10 score if they had conditioner in the shower.

Extremely central location; an obvious choice if you need to be near Triangeln. Comfortable bed, full bathtub in the bathroom were nice after a travel day. Large room with a city view and nice decor overall. Easy access luggage room for holding your things.

The lobby was a bit chaotic because of a big event going on, and seemed a little dated.

The room was comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed. The staff were really friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome. The restaurant was really nice and, again, the staff were really helpful. Also the food was good. The breakfast restaurant was very nice with friendly, helpful staff.

Cleanliness, service, organization and this environment at the reception is top.

We had a room on 18th floor with a great view over the city. Speedy lifts with a view too. Room was spacious. Good location near Triangeln transport hub. Excellent variety for the breakfast buffet.

The side doors were shut off all the time we were there (2 nights) which meant we had to use the main entrance. This is further to walk from the station and the buses, but not a big problem. The bathroom had a bath with an over-the bath shower, and the sides of the bath were rather high for little legs. We arrived during the 'Pride' procession and the buses were disrupted for the next 3 hours! (nothing to do with the hotel but it did seem a bit excessive!).Overall 'feel' is rather impersonal, although could not fault the courtesy of the reception desk staff.

Excellent breakfast, kind and helpful staff, clean and quiet rooms, close to a shopping center and with a convenient parking under the hotel.

The location, size of the room, staff and easy access from the public garage were excellent. The breakfast was the star of my day. The variety and the quality of the food and drinks were excellent. There was lady in the entrance of the breakfast room to serve fresh shots, that was one of the best things in the breakfast.

Great location by the train and steps away from the mall and main street , room is ok, breakfast- could skip and get something at the coffee places in the mall

The lobby was welcoming and the breakfast area was also nice. The hotel had a party in the lobby on Sunday evening and upgraded us from the 6th floor to the 16th, was a remarkable difference. Both floors were very quiet. I was surprised at how well I slept.

6th floor was very standard, carpet is stained, no refrigerator, no safe. The gym had a fair bit of cardio equipment, but could benefit from more free weight options (kettlebells, mats). The breakfast was the same for all five days, it wasn’t bad but could’ve varied the hot food a bit more.
