The door to the balcony was broken,so we couldnt use the balcony the whole stay.The guy at the reception promised us on friday that they will fix that on saturday….nothing happend….”thank you for the services” !

great size, everything you need and fabulous location.

We really liked the place itself - great beach - quiet (it was out of season) and very good for walking on the beach and in the dunes. All in all, we found the French side much nicer and more stylishly built than the Belgian side, which is extremely overbuilt with huge high-rise buildings on the beach, which we didn't like at all. In the Appartment everything was clean and all appliances in the kitchen worked.

After arriving on Friday evening, we found that only one bedroom was ready for occupancy. The second room had neither sheets nor pillowcases. We called the service - unfortunately the person understood English very badly - we should go to the reception in the morning. So we helped ourselves with our own blankets as we needed two bedrooms. The next day, Saturday, there was no one in reception - nor on Sunday. I happened to meet cleaning staff in the corridor on Sunday afternoon and after I pointed it out the staff made up the bed. One bedroom was extremely cramped with 20 cm off the side of the wall and we had a view of backyards 🤨 ( see pictures ). The Wi-Fi worked - however, only one device could be used with the access sent to us - it was not possible to use 2 iPads at the same time. The living/dining/kitchen was in a small space and some furniture in a rather worn condition (see picture) - the bathroom was OK.
