beautiful hotel. The hotel staff is excellent. The rooms are large and very clean. We enjoyed very much and highly recommend staying.

We had a big room with 2 balconies and a lot of space. The property had sufficient parking for all guests (and having a car is essential with this hotel as it’s pretty far away from all city activities). It had plenty of on-site activities, especially for kids. Perfect breakfast. Very quiet neighborhood with fantastic view of mountains and green fields. The hotel also offered rent services, e.g. both normal and e-bikes.

At the checkin we didn’t get all the info, which we were supposed to get, i.e. information booklet, discount coupons and mist importantly a map with bike routes. Though we got it the next day it was particularly too late. I think the lady at the reception didn’t do a good job, but the other receptionist the next day compensated for her, but it was a bit too late. The location was also not ideal if you come without a car, otherwise with a car there was totally no issues whatsoever.

The breakfast was amazing. Rooms were very clean. The staff staff were nice, helpful and kind.

Room had a strange smell.

location is great the lake is in 5 minutes by car. the hotel is really clean all stuff are friendly kitchen was fantastic, frisch vegetables and 4 different high quality hams. delicious.
