The location is excellent. I think it is this location that makes the hotel attractive.

I couldn't connect my laptop to the internet as it a non secured connection. I lost one day work. I had to drag my luggage to the 3rd floor. No lift.

Good location. Good value.. The lady at the front desk in the daytime was extremely helpful .. she spoke english.. gave me a great restaurant recommendation... held my reservation when my flight made it in the next day...and she helped me when I had to stay an extra night.. appoved a refund when the room was double booked on the booking APP and the property. Breakfast was basic but good...

the pillow are too big and squarish! would prefer standard rectangular pillow

Very friendly staff who spoke English. Room was clean and quiet at night. Breakfast had a wide choice to choose from.

all single beds . no cofee service facilities . no mini bar. the chinese lady at reception was very rude and abrupt. parking areas very tight having to reverse into the main street . dangerous .

The cleanliness of the hotel and the staffs are very Kind and friendly and make u feel comfortable.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff. Organised breakfast early so that we could get out and up to the volcano before it got too hot. Good price and great location

Internal window between the bathroom and the main part of the room had a venetian blind that was a bit see through. Shy daughter was a bit grumpy about the possibility of being seen in the shower. The hot tub by the pool was out of order.

You can leave there your luggage for few days. It was very helpfull. Some staff can speak English. Everithing was OK

The room was fine, the location very good (middle of town), and the breakfast was good.

The room needs an extra curtain as it was too light in the morning.

Great location and free parking which it's not that easy to find in the area. The breakfast was top as well.

The only thing we could complain about is that there wasn't an elevator, or we didn't know where it was, so you need someone strong to move the luggage.
