stay was fine

Holding back the deposit for over 6 weeks now, keep telling that they will send it back, but fail to do so after multiple messages and calls and false promises, it feels like a scam now

inflexibility of the morning check out, without any cooperative way to find a reasonable solution even though there was clearly a way to accomplish our ask

Location is good. Kitchen is big

Apartments feels not equipped: there is no trash bags. No trash cans in bathrooms. Shower drain is clogged. There is no place to dry skiing clothes: heating is embedded in floor. There is no staff to point those issues. It doesn’t feels like Luxury place

Accommodation was fantastic

The walk from town to the apartment is all up hill so it wouldn't suit all people, however, there are plenty of taxis for 10 Euros who can drop you to the door!

Apartment was spacious and very clean. Beds were comfortable and two separate bathrooms meant no queues. Apartment was also warm and ski lockers were provided on the ground floor with heated boot racks.

Although easy to collect keys from a lock box with a code sent to your mobile phone don't plan to arrive any earlier than 1600hrs as code is sent at that time , no earlier and there is nowhere to wait except the covered parking lot below the apartment.
