The managers were friendly and very helpful! large tidy fresh room.

Room was clean, bed comfortable with good linen. More than enough for 2 people.

I would like it if the bed covering(duvet or blanket was been washed). Did not smell freshly washed

Handy location to Ocean Shores area and close to highway for that O/N stay when travelling. Room was well presented, clean and comfortable.

we were going to the crystal castle and it was close by and affordable

there was no staff around. It didn’t have a sink to wash dishes in, only a bowl .

Easy to find, fair price for this type of accommodation. Room had everything we needed. would happily stay here again.

The pool was green before we arrived.When we asked the assistant manager about a refund for the unsinkable pool he so he couldn't help us.

Pool was not working. Room was dusty and not cleant well.

Great location to visit Brunswick Heads and Byron Bay. Quiet place to stay.

Room had dirty towel behind the door and under the bed had people's old stuff but apart from that, it was good. Pool wasn't clean and my husband had to clean it for our daughter to swim in it.
