Hotel is fine for an overnight stay before a flight. BUT…

When I arrived at the hotel I asked the woman at the reception for the shuttle times to the airport. She gave them to me. So next morning I went down to the front entrance about 5 or 10 minutes early. I walked out to the entrance of the car park to be sure in case the shuttle didn’t actually drive into the hotel. The shuttle Time comes. No shuttle. A few minutes later I went back in to ask at the reception. The same woman as when I checked into the hotel yesterday. I said to her the shuttle didn’t come. She then said. Oh it doesn’t come to the front door monsieur. You have to go out that way. “That way” was a door marked “emergency exit” out to the back of the hotel. Then you have to cross a car park, go out a back gate turn right and walk about 50 meters to the shuttle stop. Absolutely Impossible to find if you are not informed. I said that to her and she said “it’s not the hotel that decides where it stops it’s the shuttle company”. I said it didn’t matter where it stopped as long as the guests knew and asked her why she hadn’t told me the night before when I asked the times. Like “attention monsieur the shuttle doesn’t come to the front of the hotel” and given me the directions. She just shrugged her shoulders. As far as she was concerned it wasn’t her problem. She was totally unhelpful. I’ve traveled the world this has to be one of the stupidest (I don’t really want to say people so I’ll say things) that has ever happened to me. 30 minute wait for the next shuttle. I nearly missed my plane. Luckily I had allowed extra time to get there. Fawlty towers.

Perfect location for one night before catching a flight. Super easy free shuttle bus to the airport. And located right next to McDonald’s which is a bonus

Price. Air conditioned rooms with proximity to McDonalds.

Rooms were dusty and front desk service was not friendly or welcoming. Many times we were bypassed by staff behind the desk.

Worst experience in my life. My plane was delayed, therefore I arrived at the hotel after midnight. To my surprise, the people from the reception told me I had no reservation ! I showed them the confirmation email and they told me I could not have a room because I arrived the day after (after midnight) and they would not refund me ! After loosing my time with them they finally provided me with the card for my room and when trying to open it it didn't work so I had to go to reception again... But that is not all, the fire alarm kept ringing through the night because someone apparently smoked in the room so I couldn't even sleep well !!! Definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone !

Rooms were excellent. spacious and clean, we were very impressed. Dinner was available when we arrived about 7:45 and breakfast the next day was available until 10am 12 midday checkout The football table kept the children (and adults) entertained

Clear directions where to catch the free shuttle would have been beneficial A kettle and coffee in the room would have been good There was an unfortunate confusion over the bill for dinner, which I brought up in the morning.... which the management dealt with

bathroom light not working; skimpy on towels— only provided bath towels and a bath mat; boasted 4 channels including a sports channel but we had no sports channel

Great and friendly staff! everything was clean and the bed were very comfortable!

Seems just a single staff at the reception to attend to all.

Low cost

No hot water kettle to boil water to make hot drinks. We had to go down to the lobby bar to get 2 cups of hot water ever morning and night.

It’s nice and cozy. staff so nice and helpful, cleaning service everyday. new towels and sheets if needed.

Good airport hotel.
