Bed was hard. Spa was very small and basic. TV was temperamental.

Super clean and modern hotel in Tricase. 5 min walk to the historical center. Great restaurant attached. Very friendly staff. I would definitely stay there again

The accommodation was noisy and dirty.

- room (big, clean, confortable beds) & bathroom (Italian shower) - buffet breakfast (attention, you cannot touch anything which is not single-packed - you need to ask the waiter to give it to you > COVID restrictions) - staff at breakfast was super nice - good location - lots of rules due to COVID, if you’re concerned about this, they do everything they can to ensure your safety (temperature check at entrance that triggers doors’ opening, room sanitised and items single-wrapped (tv remote, phone, ...), breakfast, ...

- triple rooms are NOT a two bed bedroom: it’s a double bed + a convertible (it is usually stated on Booking but not this time). If I knew that, I wouldn’t have taken this room as I needed two beds. When we arrived, only the double bed was done and they refused to prepare the convertible because of COVID (?) - no explanation other than that although I asked. - staff at reception couldn’t speak English, just the basics to tell us about breakfast. We had several issues and they didn’t understand and even after they did, they just did not know what to do or say so we had to figure out everything by ourselves: • they ended up changing us to a double twin room (smaller than the triple one) and still made us pay for the big one. We tried to ask but the woman at the reception was lost and after looking at her screen during several minutes without saying anything, we gave up • the A/C had an issue (HELP was blinking on the monitor) - we told them and it had disappeared when we came back so I suppose they did something - in the meantime, it was hell in the room, super hot • from the second day, the TV stopped working (no signal), they told us to press some button (in the menu that was in Italian) but it didn’t work, so we stayed without TV most of the stay. • due to Covid, all documentation had been removed from the room so we didn’t know how to manage the A/C, the WiFi password, etc. As we had bigger issue, we didn’t lose additional time to ask so we had no WiFi during the whole stay - pressure of water in the bathroom was very poor, not possible to wash my hair there I guess this hotel is great if you speak Italian or if you don’t have any problems because the facilities are nice. As far as I’m concerned, I will not go back.

Quite an extraordinary hotel for a small town. It is balanced in quality for all aspects. They were also gracious when I needed to checkout a day early. They could have kept the cash.
