Extrem kleine Zimmer. Kein Schrank für Kleidung. Nur eine kleine Garderobe zur Ablage kleiner Koffer. Wenig ansprechender Frühstücksbereich. Mittelmäige Auswahl. Meine Bewertung ist relativ zum Preis, bei deutlich geringerem Preis, wäre vieles akzeptabel.

Good premises, decent breakfast. Breakfast staff very polite.

It was difficult to communicate with one administrator who didn’t understand correctly any requests in English language. We could get help only when (more senior as it seemed to us) staff member was in place.

Clean and nice room, in a nice hotel in a charming location. Breakfast was OK. The hotel has a cute outside patio as well. All the staff was great, special thanks to Hannane who helped to solve our multiple requests with great attitude and smile! :)

The hotel was Nice, close to the metro stop. Neighborhood was full if restaurant a. The staff was nice and always helpfull

We particularly liks the ground floor room, which can easily accessible to the outdoor dining area. BUT, this is not what we booked and wanted.

I would say the reception/security on night shift was not as attentive as he should be. I won't say we are mistreated or anything worse. We just felt somehow uncomfortable. First of all, he didn't show he cares about the customers, or show any sign of welcoming. Second of all, The room he arranged for us wasn't the one we booked. Luckily, it was meant to be a short stay for a night only. And the staffs in the morning shift were attentive and polite. That's why we have mixed feeling about this hotel. I would not recommend anyone use this hotel as it might ruin your first impression to paris.

1. bathroom exhaust fan couldn’t close during the night. this is big issue, it cause huge noise at night. 2. don’t have room service, don’t have room clean service, don’t have !!!!!!! won’t come again. never again
