The hotel is strategically located within Brunel University. It feels very safe even at night. Close to bus stops, very quite and the staff were really helpful.

The room is a bit small and the wifi is not that stable. There was time that you cannot get connected. The water dispenser looks a bit scary and the water taste awful.

the very bad poor quality mattress, the springs were almost through the bed! the light that kept going off in the bathroom.

The location. Very convenient for working at Brunel and an easy walk to Uxbridge for more choice of restaurants.

It's just like student accommodation... Very small room. The chair was trapped between the bed and the built in desk. Breakfast costs extra.

Didn't realise it was in the uni which made it difficult to find. Spa was by booking but 8 was to many.

It was very reasonably priced.

The room was compact because it is a student accommodation room and it would be great as a single but putting in a double bed means the desk and chair impede access. Maybe some thought needs to go into redesigning the rooms to be multifunctional.
