The room was very clean and spacious, and the bed and sheets were super comfy. I was able to easily access all the amenities I needed. There were a good amount of power points in convenient places, and adequate storage space/surfaces to easily manage my luggage.

The remote control for the air conditioner was weirdly sticky when I picked it up, and the off button was straight up missing. I was not able to turn off the air conditioner at all. It wasn't too bad, but I would sincerely have appreciated being able to turn off the air conditioner, as it was a rather cool night and I don't like how dry the AC makes the air.

Keith was awesome. we arrived late and had to leave early the next morning before getting back late again the next night. he had keys out waiting and sorted payment for us on departure. will definitely be back.

Friendly welcome on arrival and our room was made available early enough to allow us to catch a bus to our event Very comfortable bed

Decor could do with an update.

It was a very pleasant experience - old motel style with parking outside the door but with all amenities you could hope for in such a place including microwave, iron and ironing board in the room. Very good.

The sofa in the room had seen better days but otherwise excellent.

Clean and beds were comfortable. Microwave (small) provided, though no silverware or crockery apart from coffee mugs and wine glasses. Although just off the highway wasn’t too noisy.

Location not ideal; only five minutes in the car to town, but too far to walk anywhere (unless you were visiting someone in the hospital).

Room is definitely value for money. Bed was amazing and comfortable, room was clean, warm and inviting. Great location with parking right by the front door, and even though it was right near the highway, you could hardly here the traffic! Checking in and Checking out were a breeze!

There is not much i would of changed, maybe the water pressure, but i know this is out of their control

The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It looked very nice and modern despite some residual clues to its age

The bathroom and light switches were indicative of the age of the room. A bigger television would be fantastic.

It was roomy and comfortable beds. Air-conditioning worked well.

Had issues with the front door opening and closing. The bathroom is so run down, pink soap scum in the tile grout or missing grout. The shower screen was not clean. The sink was falling apart at the bottom and tap was leaking. The toilet was old. The fan in the bathroom rattled so loudly every time you turned on the light. The fake leather on the chairs was falling apart. The restaurant was not operating as there was a function on which was not advised in advance. The continetal breakfast was not that. Toast and packets of cereal don't cut it for $18. A bit of a let down.

Positives - Location was good, room was quiet, clean and pleasant. The room was warm, and the bed was comfortable.

The vinyl chairs and microwave oven needed to be replaced due to very poor condition.
