The breakfast is way below a 5 star standard. Restaurant is OK but not great.

Great staff, friendly and helpful. Nice spa and gym available all day (no need to reserve in advance!), and good massages at a very affordable rate. Big, confortable king-size bed in a clean and spacious room. Nice bathroom and shower. Nice views to the park. The location is good (close to the center) although you shouldn't cross the park when dark because it gets dangerous. Will come back if I'm in Tucuman. Recommended.

Not a 5 star, it's missing some details. The carpets/moquette need to be changed/renewed, as well as the terrace and external part of the hotel. In general, the facilities need more care. Very little complimentary toiletries and no bathrobe (they brought it after we asked). Faulty doors - the magnetic cards very often didn't work and I had to come down to reception at least twice a day to solve the problem. If you booked the room with breakfast, you need to go down to the hotel's restaurant - to have it delivered to your room, you need to pay another breakfast. During breakfast, cappuccino comes at an additional cost. The lactose free milk was not available even if explicitly present in the menu. They were able to get oat milk for the next day. Average restaurant with good attention. Sometimes the food was great, others it was ok. Ate a very dry brownie (seemed old). Overall, not too bad, given the good price of the hotel, but this should not happen in a 5*
