The breakfast was good excellent support from staff especially mr sopan he was wonderful

The property is spread out over vast land. The open area to walk around is amazing. The swimming pool was a major attraction. The clean and huge pool didn't make it feel crowded at all. The games room is a little small though. Their bar and restaurants were great and the staff is extremely friendly. Food was great too.

Housekeeping needs to do better. We happened to drop a little gravy on the bed and blanket during dinner. We tried to clean it then but some stains remained. However, the next day, housekeeping only made the bed without changing either the bedsheet or blanket cover. This needs to be taken care of. Also the approach road to the property was bad.. Especially in the rain with a lot of potholes and water logging..

the service was really bad for a 5 star property. the staff would forget about the calls made to them requesting a few things. I had to call multiple times to get the In-room dining scanner which also didn't come until after 40 mins. the AC wasnt working, the repair guy had to come to repair the AC inbetween of my stay. the Wifi didn't work the entire time from check-in to checkout

We had booked spa villa, which is huge, say it bed, rooms, wash area, bath tub with a lawn. Pool is normal, separate for kids & adults not of much depth. Food service & spread is awesome be it for breakfast, lunch or dinner, buy a package for all boards, it will be pocket friendly. There is play area for children, decent spa, temple, Cycles for various ages. Enjoy the stay as much u can, all staff are not at enthusiastic level except the kitchen staff, who are on the toe to serve well to the best of class. Mr/chef Manish managing the Counter during dinner meal, Mr/chef Jitendra, Ms Priti & Mr Soham is an excellent host A+ class.

If u r coming by car, road is not that great towards approaching resort gates. Greeting while checking-in is quiet poor for Radisson standard, staff must make feel guest lively/happy, they seem low esteemed may be due to over worked. While checking-in time, they requested for payment which is wierd, boz i had stayed in hilton lonavala, they had good greeting standard plus payment at check out.

The staff are really helpful and friendly. beds are very comfy. spa is lovely. hotel grounds are huge. Bombay store onsite. breakfast was good upgraded poolside room is lovely as you can get straight into the pool from your patio.

very few sun loungers. there was a large group of young guys who took over the sun loungers with their towels, didn’t sit on them and generally made a lot of noise in the pool with loud music. and it was only 10am! but they checked out and it was lovely and peaceful again. The hotel restaurant food is really disappointing. even though the chef came to talk to us. we should have tried the fancier fish restaurant onsite. was a struggle to order just a glass of wine. poolside music is too loud. but hotel turned it down when I asked.

We had buffet breakfast. Maybe should have some Indian sweets. there was Dala Paysam, but generally not liked by all.

Staff attitude, inability to assist

It's a perfect place for short peaceful escape from hustle and bustle of metro city like Mumbai. Food is excellent and staff is courteous and well trained. Surely will visit again.

The staff in Bar-Vikas( bar tender)Sudanshu, Kapil were superb in hospitality. The buffet breakfast spread was great except on Sunday when it was over crowded. We did foot reflexology in spa and that was excellent. The rooms are good size. The staff in bar get 10/10 for their behaviour and service. The area outside the bar had cold drinks which one could just pick up and consume. All coconut water was free for consumption at high tea. The lawns are very well maintained. The pool are has nice sit outs around it.

Abhijeet at the front desk took super long for check in. In spite of requesting for adjacent rooms as they didn't have inter connecting rooms, he failed to do so. Finally we were given adjacent rooms and the bathroom in 2106 had a horrible stench which made it difficult to use. The bathrooms don't have exhaust and it gets extremely stuffy. All bathrooms have bath tub and one has to stand in it to take a shower. The bathrooms really need a good make over. The property has lots of open areas which have water in it and hence lots of mosquitoes at night.

It had everything for kids to enjoy. Cycling, Football, Cricket, Mini golf, Swimming, Running as well as Indoor games. Evenings there was live piano, DJ, karaoke and folk dances. Overall it was amazing!
