Hospitality 10/10 very greatful for the small heater we had in the room.

Traveling during winter is definitely very cold. Facilities were ok, but not very comfortable if you travel in that season (january). Shower was warm, but no shower curtains, water was going everywhere. Headshower defective. Front door broken, but the amazing staff came to fix it, although it was still not working easily afterwards. probably better experience if you come in a warmer season.

Excellent staff, very accommodating of requests made. Very good location - access to the heart of Thamel but quiet. Overall, very good value for money.

Perhaps, the lighting in the room could have been better. No major complaints.

My second time in Nepal and my second time in Hotel Green Horizon. wonderful staff, rooms are ok and good value for money. the location is great and quiet.

The manager is super nice. He upgraded my room to meet my need of 3 beds. The room was big enough with necessary facilities. They had good wifi coverage and also additional multi-plug, electric kettle etc. Bathroom facilities were good with toiletries and essential supplies, including hot water. They have wonderful chef in their restaurant at the ground floor and the food they serve is superb. I enjoyed both my dinner and the complementary breakfast. The ambience in the restaurant is amazing. It had a book shelf and you can borrow books to read. I liked this a lot. Wholesome food, wholesome stay and worth my money.

Absolutely nothing

I don’t know how this hotel is having good rating. There was a bed bugs, dirty towels, dirty sheets, toilet was very dirty, room also. Honestly, everything was horrible.

It is close to hearts thamel, but enter from forecourt where is absolutly silent wth nice place to take breakfast

Staff is great, food good , space outside to sit, good rooms, clean and perfect location: in thamel on side street so hardly any noise and walking distance from the hub

some things need some maintenance eg: doorknob bathroom, sockets

It is a nice hotel in the central area. The manager there is really helpful, He helped us out from forex to finding taxi. The staffs was also really helpful. Not to mention awesome breakfast

Toilet could have been better and the room could have been slightly bigger but it’s not too bad to be honest.

Excellent welcoming, great food and beverages. They waited us until midnight as our flight was landed late. The attraction was breakfast, had an omelette with brown toast and some potato stuffing on the side which was delicious. The highlight though is smile on their faces and very engaging in conversation. Highly recommended!!

We spent a great time in hotel green horizon. Everything was very confortable, perfect location and the food amazing. The staff is really kind and helpful, they help us planning Annapurna circuit. We are gonna come back after trekking! 100% recommended
