It was comfortable and clean, very nice with code instead of keys.

Nice clean hostel, great location, close to everywhere. Comfy beds with a curtainn for privacy and handy shelf, lamp and socket at every bed. Spacious lockers and drawers. Big kitchen and common/dining area.

500sek for a bed in a dorm is too much, even the hostel was nice. I also prefer when there is a reception and you now that someone from staff is always around.

The hostel is well situated in the centre. Facilities are clean.

This was the second time I stayed in this hostel. The second time was better since I didn't meet the hotel's owner. However, the first time we stayed with my bf there was a major issue with the personnel. First, we arrived a bit earlier and wanted to let our bags in the room (we booked a mini-hotel room). The owner was really not friendly and basically chased us out of the room saying it was not yet ready. Then we came back later in the evening and he was in the lobby, while we were walking our way to the mini-hotel through the corridor he halted us and asked who we are and where we are going which was really odd since we met him a few hours earlier when we were not allowed to leave our bags. All in all, the hotel manager/owner really needs to learn to be more friendly with customers.

they don’t accept responsibility for the dirty bed linen, but expect you to pay them for !!!!

I had everything I needed. The bed was very confortable, clean and offered the right amount of privacy.

Bed is already made by the staff it's big when you already have spent a big day. And it's dormitory but at the same time feels private due to separated space and curtain.

The main reason why I give you 5 is that you were deliberately or carelessly neglectful on the guests' rights. They had the guest kitchen and dining area rent to some other group of ppl so I was not allowed to use it. It's like you're selling an iPhone but you cannot use Youtube and Google. Without any previous explanation or later compensation. There was just a piece of paper noticing at the toilet. You're just CCP hostel. But I was anyways going to eat out with my friend so I didn't really care. But still it's not a proper or right way to do your business Mr. or Ms. CCP

The self check in was very easy and well thought off. You have your own 'pod' with a soft matress. A lot of showers and toilets.
