The room was nice it had enough space, the quality of the furniture is up-to-standard. The hotel was relatively easy to find. There was a good amount of parking spaces. The breakfast was relatively plentiful. The staff was friendly, there were some minor communication issues but as I was asking a complicated concept, everything else was straightforward. The staff helped me with a small booking issue.

The late check-out fee was an extra 20 euros in a virtually empty hotel. The breakfast lacked protein, it was full of carbs (though very good tasting and varied), and the egg boiler instructions are not to be believed.

The staff - front desk and both bar tenders made me feel very welcome, they were friendly and attentive in a very genuine manner,

electric car charging spots are just in front of the hotel, very convenient and not blocked by non-electric vehicles; a co-working space on first floor (one floor up from ground floor) very convenient and a lifesaver for a virtual meeting before the room was ready; general condition of property was clean and felt well-maintained; convenient distance from other sights; love the Ibis-in-France sourcing from local producers for their breakfast buffets and this one had some lovely local cheeses; friendly, relaxed and unobtrusive staff; very much appreciated their sanitation and hygiene efforts in light of Covid-19. We love Ibis for the price, convenience, and consistently positive experience for our family travel, this Ibis delivered. :)

the immediate environs around the hotel are suburban/light commercial and not terribly exciting -- this was not important to us but might be to others.

The hotel is good and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the bed was comfortable. Staff were attentive and kind.

The area is not very nice, just an industrial park with two very poor restaurants near by.
