Staff went out of their way to accommodate us on a more comfortable apartment for our family size and got us some drink even when their bar was closed. Nikos was very helpful in giving us information and things to do on the island. Landscape was fantastic! We sit under the pergula for drinks at the end of the day. Great location with parking, close to town but not in town, quiet and moderm decoration.

The room were clean and modernly decorated . We have very nice balcony view and comfortable apartment surrounded by a beautiful garden with lots of nice places to sit. Nikos is very friendly host and give us many tips of nice places on the Island. If you are looking for a nice stay with affordable price I recommend it here

The apartment was quit far from the City and Aganas area’s. Walking from here to the city center is about 20-25 minutes. the road where you walk is quite small and the cars drives quite fast here. Be careful when you walk on the street. I recommend renting a car then it is easy to get there everywhere

Our stay was fabulous! We were welcomed by Nikos who is very friendly and shows a genuine interest in helping his guests make the most of their stay in Zakynthos. The property is very beautiful, carefully maintained and the gardens are a colorful display not just of flowers but of good taste. Our studio was cosy, super clean and well-equipped. We found everything we needed and it was cleaned daily. There is also private parking in the property and the location is simply perfect.

I cannot sau anything about breakfast, we ate at tavernas. For me the location was perfect, very pictoresque and pieceful, and very nice hostess :) Everything was very clean, towels were changed every day, I haven't seen any cockroaches, indoors or oitside, which was an extremely nice surprinse for me; no moskitos either

We appreciated the cleanliness and that there was enough space in the apartment. The room was spacious and quite modern looking. Also, the air conditioning was a big plus. The cleaning lady was really nice and changed our towels daily.

The accomodation is quite far from the nearest city-Zante and from Argassi as well - so make sure to rent a car/ATV prior to coming here. We had great expectations when coming here, but I guess pictures can be deceitful. Maybe the hosts have treated other guests more nicely, however we didn't feel welcomed, but rather tolerated here. There is a lot of outdoor space, which in our opinion was not put to good use - it would have been nice from their part if they would have organized themed nights, or at least something to help us get a flavor of the authentic Greek culture. Also, they have a lot of cats, most of them seemed sick, and for me it was disturbing seeing them like that.

Easy checkin, efficient towel and bed sheets change, easy to communicate, clean and quiet, enough parking , beautiful garden.

Really great place to stay: big room, large terrace, nice little kitchen (although I got excited with the pictures and expected a full sized fridge... not the case), lovely yard, excellent cleaning. Appreciated the ample parking.

Anything about the host: We thought we would make our life easy and would take the airport transfer from the property and inquire about a car rental. First.. the airport transfer. We had an early flight (7.45), something that I informed the host a month ahead and he said it was ok. We were given the car number that would pick us up. Imagine my surprise when we landed and found no car. We spent over an hour and a half in the airport waiting. We tried contacting the owner with no answer. After we were convinced that no car would show up to pick us up we took a taxi to the property. Surprise #2: no one around. Eventually some cleaning ladies came around and tried to help. Problem was: they could not get hold of the host either and did not know the room number for us. After another over 2 hours spent in the yard of the property (after 11 o clock now!!), the owner finally shows up, no apology and says his phone was off. And proceeds to tell me that he will charge his phone and find out what happened and why the transfer did not arrive [quite clearly referring to the transfer in the third person]. Only to my surprise the next day we find the car that was supposed to pick us up from the airport in the parking lot. It was the owner's car and he lied to my face. Look, I do not care where you are, but if you plan to leave when we arrive [you knew when we would arrive precisely] have a plan: a) leave the key with someone present (like the cleaning ladies) if or when the room is free b) leave the key somewhere around the property for us c) if the room is not free at least let us know where we can leave our luggage so we don't stand around the yard for hours. Also, do not lie about a transfer you cannot or will not offer. The rental, was indeed cheap but also in very bad state. We needed to exchange it because of the many issues that made it unsafe to drive.

Comfy rooms with all the essentials a traveller might need, excellent location a few mins away from Zante town, thanks to Nikos for making our stay pleasurable and for giving us all what we needed from tips and tricks to enjoy the beautiful Zakynthos

Nothing I didn’t like

The rooms are big and very nicely furnished and the garden is just amazing. There are so many different spots that invite you to just sit and relax. Also, all the staff are very nice and you can book tours for the shipwreck and turtle watching at the reception for the same price. Plus you get a map of the island with great tipps where to go and which restaurants are the best.

Our staying was lovely at Filoxenia Luxury Studios! The apartment was amazingly clean and quiet. We took the chance to relax for a weekend to the beautiful island of Zante. The bed was very comfortable and all the amenities far beyond our expectations! I cannot describe how beautiful the garden is where we could enjoy our breakfast by the sound of the local birds. I would highly recommend Filoxenia Studios for your staying at Zante. This place is magic! ❤️

Nikos was great host. He helped us at any time we asked for it during our stay. Be it tip regarding local travel or with taxi booking. I would definitely recommend this property.

That we were able to change the apartment Mosquito nets in all windows Parking space is big Distance to town is not far but dangerous to walk

Many cats One of the bedrooms smelled badly- we were able to change the apartment after one night. Apartment is renovated but you just do not feel comfortable- floor is not cleaned with water (feet were dirty when walking barefooted), bathroom smelled a little bit, kitchen utensil supply is mixed… We closed the windows when we left so no one could enter the apartment but when we came back windows were opened by staff (guess because of the smell). Luckily nothing happened.

The studio was lovely - spacious and nicely decorated. We had a big balcony with a garden view which was gorgeous. Located in a quiet part of Zakynthos town. We felt comfortable and welcome thanks to the host who was super friendly and gave us so many helpful tips and pointed out places worth seeing. Our flight was late evening, the host let us left our suitcases at the reception desk after our check out. We had a great time in Zakynthos and excellent accommodation!

We stayed here 21d. The apartment was very neat and hygienic. Every day the apartment was cleaned by a lovely lady. Our bed sheets were changed every 3 days. The garden is beautiful with enchanting lighting. We found the owners lovely people who were helpful to the customers. We love kittens, and to our delight there were several. Close to the apartment you can have delicious Greek food at Malanos. We will come back here. Zakynthos has beautiful places to visit.
