leaking toilet which we reported after 2 days but nothing was done. Ants in large en-suite bathroom by bath and also sink. most important, annex at back may need boiler checked for carbon monoxide.

Super house for 2 family’s for a week bbq and kids enjoyed the pool

There was no information booklet in the accomadation. We would have liked a safe within the accomadation There is no option to check in at any other time except 5pm onwards not even to drop off bags

Karen was very helpful on arrival. Nice swimming pool for the warmer weather. Orange orchard at front of house is nice. Three big sofas in living room. Late check out was helpful.

The villa is fine but the kitchen is dated as are the bathrooms. Master double bed was v hard. Villa is located north of town and you def need a car. There appears to be a dog home nearby as lots of ongoing barking. Having stayed in other villas around Loule, this one would be fine in summer for a group but it is average value for money in my humble opinion.

Good size for our large party. Lots of outside space for children and adults but still felt secure.

Would have appreciated better information about facilities etc - towels/ rubbish etcWasn’t aware that towels would be changed or rubbish removed mid week as told would need to find a communal bin or recycling area - so did appreciate pick up and new towels when they arrived. Oven was unreliable and almost impossible to cook for large numbers. Toilet available for one of rooms and also served as main toilet for living area was reported several times but still leaking when water turned on.
