Great spot. Accommodation was very clean and room had lovely decor. Great to relax by the pool in the afternoon after morning spent at patrolled Beach which is an easy walk from Accommodation.

Room was comfortable and clean.

The bathroom. Looks as though it could undergo an upgrade and reno. Mould along some grouting over the shower/ bath and bathroom window. Could have had clean towels on second day of stay. Would have like a second container of milk on second day.

Everything was perfect. Rooms are bright and beautiful. Balcony views of pool was a delight to sit. Room menu a great idea. Pool very inviting.

Lack of power points in the rooms. Thats my only complaint though, everything else was perfect.

Convenient location - walking distance to beach, but out of the hustle n bustle. Clean room Great amenities - attractive pool area, BBQ area + rooftop area Cafe across the rd does great coffee + offers room service All basic kitchen needs supplied!

Outdated TV - No basic Netflix option if you want to chill to something in bed No body wash supplied, only hand soap available. Mattress dipped in the middle WiFi wasn't the best + poor mobile network (worse if you are with Vodafone)

Amazing pool and the room had the little extras, including some Christmas decorations, that made our stay comfortable. Staff were really friendly as well! Bed was comfortable and being able to slide the doors open to the balcony meant our toddler had room to play safely.

Very old fixtures and fittings. The hotel needs a complete revamp and modernisation given the high prices they charge per night which is on par with The Mantra at Ettalong which is a lot more modern! My expectation was much higher given the price but I was terribly disappointed. The lighting is so bad & the room is dark most of the time even with all the lights on. It was also not cleaned well and after the first night the cleaner did not even empty the rubbish bin in the bathroom. The outdoor pool is cleaned better than my room. There was hair and a dead bug on the bathroom floor when I arrived & mosquitos in the bedroom. The walls are paper thin and I could hear the neighbours. It was more like a 2.5/3 star hotel but at 5 star prices. I would never stay there again.

Comfy beds lovely pool

We booked a pool view studio room however the view was of a white wall . Asked to be moved and was told that all other rooms booked out. There are 4 studio pool rooms. Whilst we were there only one other was being occupied. Very disappointing
