Location is excellent, very central. We have stayed here before, and was happy to hear our family had a good stay at a location we recommended.
Staff very friendly, and even double check our movements before requesting room access for room keeping.

nice room although not as large or well appointed as the price bracket would have indicated; friendly staff and pleasant check-in with offers of extra help etc (including swapping room for more suitable one); ground floor room with pleasant outlook on car park!

When the staff heard my wife was having back problems they situated us in a room with an orthopaedic room which was very much appreciated.

The people running the motel were extremely freindly and very professional. The room service steak dinner was excellent.
Parking was a distance from the room. But it was fine.

My room was clean and spacious and found the staff very helpful and accommodating. This trip was for work and the hotel provided a packed lunch service which included a variety of items and made my trip run much smoother. Room service was excellent and restaurant was cosy with a welcoming atmosphere.

Exceptional service - staff went above and beyond to help us with our requests. Very handy to the Equestrian Centre and town facilities.
Air con unit was playing up - staff helped out with a fan as it was on a weekend when no electrician was available to fix it.
